The Futura Board Network is an Australian professional network founded to advance board equity and diversity in Australian corporate governance. Its mission is to bring women and supportive men together to progress the cause of board equity, with a particular emphasis on diversity of thought, cultural and racial representation, and inclusive leadership at the board level.
Membership and Community
The network brings together directors at different stages of their board careers, from those aspiring to their first board role through to experienced non-executive directors. Membership is intentionally kept intimate to foster deep connections rather than transactional networking. The community includes both women and men who are committed to inclusion, transparency, and accountability.
